We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer to manage core human resources functions across our remote organisation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR officer role
- Sound knowledge of South African labour law (BCEA, LRA, EEA)
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
