This newly created position reflects Transportation Insight's commitment to building a robust, compliant HR framework. What You'll Do Assess HR practices and policies against current employment law requirements at the federal, state, and local levels Develop compliance protocols and audit procedures to prevent and mitigate legal risks Partner with HR team members and business leaders to resolve compliance questions and concerns Create and deliver compliance training and educational resources for managers and employees Stay current on regulatory changes and employment law developments affecting our Atlanta operations Document compliance activities and maintain records for audits and organizational review Advise on hiring, termination, and workplace policies to ensure legal alignment What We're Looking For 5+ years of HR compliance or employee relations experience Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPHR, or equivalent) Deep knowledge of federal employment law (Title VII, ADA, FMLA, EEOC compliance) and Georgia state and local employment regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and organizational levels Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to documentation About Transportation Insight Transportation Insight is building a strong HR and compliance foundation, and this newly created position reflects our investment in creating a workplace that operates with integrity and legal rigor.
