About the Role
As an HR Business Partner with Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, you will work shoulder to shoulder with senior leaders to align human resources priorities with broader business objectives. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in complex, matrixed settings and is energized by translating leadership goals into actionable people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior and executive leaders to shape and execute strategic workforce plans.
- Provide trusted HR guidance and consultation across a complex, matrixed healthcare organization.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and team performance.
- Serve as a strategic resource that links people decisions to measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, healthcare administration, business, or a closely related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience, with a proven record of success in strategic roles supporting senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Preferred: prior experience supporting complex, matrixed environments.
- No professional license, certification, or registration is required for this role.
