What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to established brand standards between checkouts and during extended stays
• Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all soft goods are fresh and properly presented
• Sanitize and restock bathrooms with amenities and supplies
• Vacuum, dust, and wipe down all surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings
• Replenish in-room items such as towels, toiletries, and collateral
• Identify and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, or lost-and-found items promptly
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members throughout each shift
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized, sanitary condition

What We're Looking For

• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to consistent, high-quality results
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a full shift
• Dependability — guests count on a clean, welcoming room every single time
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support teammates when needed
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting is a plus
• Ability to follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and chemical-handling protocols
