Hospital Valet Driver

Cornerstone Parking Group is hiring a full-time Hospital Valet Driver in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, to deliver safe, courteous, and seamless parking service to patients, visitors, and staff at a busy healthcare campus.

About the Role

As a Hospital Valet Driver with Cornerstone Parking Group in Minneapolis, you are often the first and last person guests interact with during their visit. This on-site, full-time position is ideal for a dependable, customer-focused individual who takes pride in safe driving and warm hospitality, and who understands that small gestures can ease a stressful hospital visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and professionally as they arrive and depart.
• Park, retrieve, and stage vehicles safely and efficiently across the hospital property.
• Issue and track claim tickets while keeping vehicle keys organized and secure.
• Operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions, with care.
• Assist guests with directions, luggage, mobility needs, and general wayfinding.
• Maintain a clean, orderly valet stand and report any vehicle or facility concerns.
• Follow all safety protocols and represent the hospital and Cornerstone with integrity.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean, responsible driving record.
• Comfortable operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, patient demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a close-knit team.
• Eligible to work full-time on-site in Minneapolis, Hennepin County (this role is not remote).
