How to use this kit

Ground every answer in facts on this page and the original listing. We never invent Glassdoor-style reviews or salaries that are not in our data.

Interview prep

Be ready to walk through hard inpatient examples: principal diagnosis selection, procedure coding, CC/MCC impact, and how you handle incomplete documentation. Expect questions on remote productivity, accuracy audits, and working days/PT hours with Memorial’s HIM team.

Fit summary

Strong fit if you already code complex inpatient encounters at a high accuracy level, prefer part-time days work, and can work remote-eligible with disciplined chart throughput. Weaker fit if you mainly know outpatient/E&M coding or need a fully on-site, full-time structure.

Day in the role

Skills to emphasize

Prioritize mastery of inpatient ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG assignment logic, query etiquette, and payer/compliance rules. No specific certification costs or training products were provided in the data for this listing.
