Park City Lodging is hiring a full-time Homeowner Association Maintenance Manager in Park City, Summit County, Utah, to oversee the upkeep and operational excellence of our managed homeowner associations and rental properties.

About the Role

As the Homeowner Association Maintenance Manager at Park City Lodging, you will lead the day-to-day maintenance operations across our portfolio of homeowner associations and nightly rental units in the Old Town Park City area. This on-site role is central to keeping every property safe, functional, and guest-ready, ensuring our reputation for quality home management services continues to set the standard in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise routine and preventive maintenance across managed homeowner associations and vacation rental units.
  • Respond promptly to repair requests, building issues, and emergencies to minimize disruption for homeowners and guests.
  • Schedule, assign, and oversee in-house staff and outside contractors to complete work on time and to standard.
  • Inspect properties regularly to identify upkeep needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, supplies, vendor relationships, and service records.
  • Partner with property management and association boards to communicate updates and resolve concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property, facilities, or maintenance management, ideally within hospitality, vacation rental, or homeowner association settings.
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems, repairs, and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Leadership skills to direct staff and coordinate third-party vendors effectively.
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Park City, Summit County, and respond to time-sensitive needs.
