About the Role As a Home Care Intake Worker, you'll be the compassionate first point of contact for individuals and families reaching out for elder care and disability services. Your role bridges the gap between those in need and the comprehensive support services that can transform their lives, ensuring they receive proper assessment and appropriate resources to maintain healthy, safe, and independent living.
