Join our rapidly growing BPO company as a Home-Based Financial Analyst at DCX. You will analyze financial and operational data, validate commission calculations, and build reports that support leadership decision-making.
Requirements
- Strong experience working with financial data, reporting, and business performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on, results-oriented, and self-motivated work style.
- Ability to interpret large volumes of data and identify trends or anomalies.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Analyst roles.
