Your Responsibilities Oversee patient scheduling, intake processes, and daily operational logistics Recruit, hire, train, and supervise nurses, home health aides, therapists, social workers, and administrative staff Design and manage staff schedules to maintain consistent patient coverage and service continuity Cultivate partnerships with referring providers, physicians, hospitals, and community health organizations Manage departmental budgets and monitor financial metrics to ensure operational efficiency Establish operational policies and procedures that improve quality and streamline workflows Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local healthcare regulations Regularly assess patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes; refine services based on this data Evaluate new opportunities for service improvement and program expansion Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives for the home healthcare and hospice divisions Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare administration, business administration, or similar discipline Minimum 3 years of operations management experience within healthcare, particularly home healthcare or hospice Solid grasp of healthcare compliance, regulatory frameworks, and quality standards Demonstrated leadership experience with clinical and non-clinical team building Competency in financial management, budgeting, and operational cost control Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfort working across varied professional backgrounds Resourcefulness, analytical thinking, and composure when addressing challenges quickly Genuine commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence Collaborative approach and willingness to work hands-on while scaling team capacity About the Company…
