About the Role This is a hands-on consulting position where you bridge the gap between clinical excellence and technology innovation. You'll work directly with healthcare organizations to deploy, configure, and optimize Elsevier clinical solutions—combining your deep understanding of care delivery, informatics principles, and change management to drive meaningful adoption and measurable clinical outcomes. Your expertise will help clinicians, administrators, and IT teams align around shared workflows that embed evidence into daily practice. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle implementation projects including planning, integration, go-live coordination, and post-deployment refinement using proven methodologies Serve as a trusted advisor to clinicians, operational executives, informatics specialists, technical teams, and EHR vendor partners Design and refine clinical workflows that connect organizational strategy with evidence-based care delivery and EHR functionality Embed evidence-based practices into operational workflows and electronic health record environments in collaboration with end-user teams Identify workflow inefficiencies, technical risks, adoption challenges, usability friction points, and system dependencies early and propose solutions Lead working sessions, steering committee meetings, workflow assessments, system optimization sprints, and sustainability planning Facilitate effective communication and alignment across clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Allied Health, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, or a related healthcare discipline Minimum five years of direct experience in clinical healthcare settings, health informatics, healthcare consulting, solution implementation, workflow redesign, or clinical technology deployment Working proficiency with electronic health record systems and healthcare technology platforms Demonstrated knowledge of clinical workflows, practice-based evidence integration, interprofessional teamwork, healthcare operations management, and clinician adoption strategies Proven track record supporting organizational technology adoption initiatives, process optimization programs, operational readiness efforts, or large-scale healthcare transformation Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting abilities—with strong skills in stakeholder engagement, project organization, data analysis, and complex problem-solving Willingness to collaborate across global and matrixed team structures and travel to client sites as project needs require Why Join Elsevier Elsevier is a global analytics and information leader dedicated…
