Role Overview As Head of Sales – Biologics at Galderma, you will lead commercial performance and market expansion for our biologic product lines across the UK and relevant territories. Core Duties Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the biologics portfolio, aligned with corporate objectives Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team; oversee recruitment, training, and performance management Drive revenue targets and market share growth through effective account management and territory planning Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare providers, payers, and stakeholders Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments affecting biologics sales Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional initiatives Analyse sales data and KPIs to inform forecasting, budgeting, and tactical decision-making Skills & Qualifications Proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical device sales leadership, ideally within specialty or biologic therapeutics Demonstrated success building and managing high-performing sales teams in competitive environments Strong commercial acumen with experience driving P&L accountability and sustained revenue growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities Strategic thinking and ability to execute complex sales plans in regulated healthcare markets Knowledge of UK healthcare systems and payer landscapes desirable Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field Why Join Galderma Galderma is a global leader in medically-driven aesthetics and dermatology, committed to innovation and patient care.
