We are looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing to join our team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing within e-commerce/D2C, with a strong focus on performance. The role involves owning the Influencer channel end-to-end, leading the execution engine, and managing a small team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing within e-commerce/D2C
- Strong focus on performance (beyond pure brand/awareness)
- First leadership experience to manage and develop a small team
- Owned the influencer channel end-to-end, including strategy, budget planning & forecasting, execution, and performance analysis
- Analytically strong and always on top of numbers
- Sharp instinct for high-performing creators, communities, and content formats
