We’re working with a leading Financial Services organisation to appoint a Head of Enterprise Risk Management to lead and enhance its regulatory risk framework in a complex FCA/PRA environment. This is a high-profile role, partnering closely with the CRO and Board, with accountability for ensuring the organisation maintains a robust, forward-looking and fully compliant risk framework.

Requirements

  • Lead and continuously evolve the enterprise risk management framework in line with FCA / PRA expectations
  • Own regulatory risk oversight, ensuring effective identification, monitoring and reporting of risks
  • Deliver and enhance the ORSA process, ensuring strong regulatory alignment and governance
  • Provide clear, insightful risk reporting to executive and Board committees
  • Support and shape risk appetite frameworks and ensure alignment to regulatory standards
  • Oversee stress and scenario testing, supporting regulatory submissions and strategic decision-making
