Move artists from first conversation through onboarding and sustained engagement on the Udio Artist Platform. Design and evolve partnership strategies that scale across genres, regions, and artist profiles. Work with legal, product, marketing, and leadership to shape participation frameworks, terms, and workflows. Collect artist and manager feedback to guide product direction and platform growth. Represent Udio at conferences, showcases, industry events, and private meetings. Monitor partnership and engagement metrics to inform strategy and reporting. Qualifications Substantial hands-on experience with artists, managers, labels, or other music industry stakeholders. A strong, credible network and established trust across the music community. A track record of negotiating, closing, and managing complex deals and partnerships. Outstanding communication skills that bridge creative, legal, and technical discussions. A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute directly in a fast-moving setting. Ease operating at both executive and working levels, inside and outside the company.
