Your Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm functional and non-functional requirements with the client or project members.
  • Design and Development of modules and programs
  • Developing UT, IT and ST Test Cases
  • Supporting UAT
  • Similar related activities on development, maintenance and upgrade projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Guidewire Configuration / Integration / Upgrade projects.
  • Written and spoken Japanese (native or near-native level N2 or N1 level is required).
  • Written and spoken English in Business level.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Agile project.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Insurance industry
  • Hands-on experience with PCF configuration, Typelist, Entity, Batch, Business Rule configuration, GOSU, GW Technical upgrade tool, Web Services and XML on GW Ver 9.x and above

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience working in an onsite/offshore business model project with multilingual environment.
  • Guidewire Certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in software development life cycle
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
