The successful candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in growth operations, account management, or related roles, and a strong ability to manage complex scheduling, communications, and stakeholder coordination.

- 5–8+ years of experience in growth operations, account management, business operations, proposal management, or related roles
- Experience supporting client operations, account coordination, or customer success functions in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot client or operational issues proactively and collaboratively
