About the Role As a Growth Marketing Specialist – EU at iHerb, you will own the operational backbone of paid media across key European regions. This is a hands-on, execution-first position centered on launching, monitoring, and refining campaigns while keeping reporting tight and workflows running smoothly. You will translate approved growth plans into live, well-structured campaigns and continuously hunt for ways to do the work faster and more accurately. Key Responsibilities Build, QA, launch, pace, monitor, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across assigned EU markets. Run daily operations on platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other regional channels. Configure campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotations, tracking parameters, and platform settings. Track performance against CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, payback period, contribution margin, and other core KPIs, flagging issues with pacing, delivery, tracking, and creative fatigue. Drive structured testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, bids, landing pages, offers, and localization. Coordinate performance creative workflows — briefing, trafficking, localization, version control, approvals, and post-launch tracking. Maintain documentation, launch calendars, QA checklists, naming conventions, and UTM standards to safeguard reporting accuracy. Support incrementality, geo, lift, and holdout studies, plus attribution and cohort analysis, and prepare recurring performance readouts. Partner with creative, localization, analytics, agency, and vendor stakeholders to keep ads accurate, compliant, and culturally relevant. Qualifications Generally 1–2 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, digital marketing, or marketing operations. Hands-on experience executing or supporting campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar channels. Solid campaign operations skills: setup, trafficking, QA, budget pacing, tracking, and reporting. Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, app acquisition, display, retargeting, shopping, catalog, and feed-based ads.
