The Growth Marketer (Community & Engagement) role is crucial in growing and engaging our free teacher user base, transforming curious teachers into engaged advocates before they become sales-ready leads. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Create and manage content that engages and retains free users of CommonLit's Text Library Develop and execute community-building initiatives to foster a strong online presence for CommonLit Collaborate with the Growth Marketer (Lead Generation), Retention Marketer, Brand & Impact team, and Product team to ensure seamless growth strategies Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing teacher engagement Create programming that turns free users into advocates for CommonLit's curriculum What You Bring A deep passion for education and a commitment to equity in educational resources Experience in community management, content creation, or similar roles Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proven track record of driving user engagement and growth More About Commonlit CommonLit operates an online reading program for grades 3-12, accessible at Our mission is to provide a world-class education to all students through innovative technology.
