The Growth Marketer will interact with the Business and Marketing team.

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to join the team to accelerate TexAu growth. This marketer will be responsible for all aspects of our funnel strategy working with the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital and offline marketing initiatives to drive awareness and new leads for TexAu using various social media channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Linkedin, etc), SEO, paid channels, marketing automation tools, data science, and others.

  • Collaborate with content marketing by contributing ideas for content related to TexAu, Automation, Growth strategy for Agencies, and B2B SaaS.

  • Work with the design team to execute top-notch creative, landing pages that constantly improve lead acquisition and conversion of TexAu.

  • Responsible for developing growth strategy and KPIs around enhancing conversion, lead traffic, user retention, and, focus on the target audience.

  • Ensuring our onboarding experiences are optimized, working with our content team to ensure email nurture, onboarding and resources work to convert & retain.

  • Measure marketing initiatives against metrics to quantify campaign success and identify improvement areas, bringing a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing, growth hacker tactics, and leveraging development team where appropriate.

  • Work with business and development team to develop appropriate dashboards and monitor overall marketing performance of TexAu. Be able to analyze the data to translate it into actionable insights.

  • Experience in fields of Growth Marketing, affiliate marketing, and/or acquisition campaign management.

  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and proven ability to identify growth opportunities at the various stages of the funnel

  • Experience in driving acquisition strategies through cold email outreach and ads

  • You fix processes that are broken, and build new ones efficiently

  • You are organized and efficient

  • Project management, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and love to work with teams across multiple regions

  • Experience using data and analytics to measure the impact of your work.

  • Experience working in the tech space or another high-paced industry- it’s important to understand our platform and the product we deliver.

  • B2B marketing experience with a focus on enabling sales teams to reach lead goals.
