About the Role

As a Groundskeeper at Regency Park in East Point, Fulton County, you will be the steady presence that keeps our multi-family apartment community looking its best. Working on-site and full-time, you help shape the first impression every resident and prospective renter forms when they arrive home. This position pays $21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, walkways, parking areas, and common spaces throughout the community.
• Remove litter, debris, and yard waste to keep all exterior areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support routine landscaping upkeep, including lawn care, planting beds, and seasonal cleanup.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to the property team promptly.
• Assist with turning vacant units and preparing outdoor areas for new residents.
