Bei MetaFlow sind unsere Owned Digital Channels der wichtigste Umsatzhebel – und du gestaltest sie. Als Grafik Designer:in mit Schwerpunkt auf E-Commerce bringst du unsere Marke und Performance zusammen: konsistentes Design, das konvertiert. Du arbeitest eng mit dem E-Commerce- und Brand-Team zusammen und setzt Kampagnen, Shop-Content und CRM-Strecken sauber um.

- Kampagnen & Launches: Du gestaltest alle Aktionen und Launches entlang unserer Owned Digital Channels – konsistent und konversionsstark über Shop, Landingpages, Homepage und CRM.
- Shop-Content auf Shopify: Du konzipierst, erstellst und entwickelst Shop-Content kontinuierlich weiter – Collection Pages, Product Detail Pages, Landingpages – inklusive webgerechter Asset-Auslieferung.
- CRM & Newsletter-Design: Du designst und pflegst modulare E-Mail-Templates und Newsletter-Strecken, die überdurchschnittliche Open- und Click-Rates erzielen.
- Produkt-Renderings & Mockups: Du erstellst visuelle Produktinszenierungen mit echtem Appetite Appeal – auch unter Einsatz KI-gestützter Workflows.
- Markenkonsistenz: Du stellst sicher, dass alle digitalen Touchpoints konsequent unsere CI/Brand-Guidelines einhalten – in enger Abstimmung mit dem Brand Team.
das bringst du idealerweise mit*
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Design für E-Commerce und Owned Digital Channels (Shop, Landingpages, Homepage)
- Sicheres Handwerk in der Erstellung webgerechter Assets sowie Erfahrung im modularen CRM-/E-Mail-Design
- Routine in der Erstellung von Produkt-Renderings und visuellen Mockups, idealerweise im Food-Kontext
- Performance- und conversion-orientierte Designdenke, inklusive Erfahrung mit A/B-Testing von Creatives
- Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Workflows zur Bild- und Designerstellung (z. B. Midjourney, Magnific, Nano Banana o. ä.)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Figma und der Adobe Creative Suite. Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
