About the Role
As a Graduate Structural Engineer at Larson Engineering, you will support the design and analysis of structural systems while learning directly from experienced engineers. Based at our White Bear Lake office, you'll contribute to a collaborative, client-focused practice that values adaptability and shared ownership of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers with structural design, calculations, and analysis across a range of project types
- Prepare engineering documentation, drawings, and reports under professional guidance
- Apply relevant codes, standards, and best practices to design tasks
- Coordinate with project teams and clients to help meet evolving project requirements
- Develop technical skills and progress toward professional licensure
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a closely related field
- A foundational understanding of structural engineering principles and design methods
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute within a multi-disciplined team
- Availability to work on-site at our White Bear Lake, Ramsey County location
