Core Duties Complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments focused on functional capacity, daily living skills and environmental needs for clients in the Eastern Melbourne Area. Design and deliver individualised intervention plans that promote independence at home, in the community and at work or school. Collaborate daily with physiotherapists, speech pathologists, support coordinators and other colleagues inside the Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program. Recommend and trial assistive technology or minor home modifications, documenting outcomes clearly. Maintain accurate clinical records, progress reports and goal reviews in line with professional standards. Participate in regular supervision, reflective practice sessions and graduate learning activities organised by Everyday Independence. Contribute to case conferences and continuous improvement of service pathways across Croydon, Maroondah Area. Qualifications Recent completion (or imminent completion) of a Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy degree recognised for locally graduated clinicians. Eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an occupational therapist. Strong foundation knowledge of occupation-based practice, goal-setting and evidence-informed interventions. Clear communication skills for engaging clients, families and multidisciplinary teams. Willingness to travel within the Croydon, Maroondah Area and Eastern Melbourne locality for home and community visits.
