Anchorage Digital is seeking a Director of Government Solutions GTM & Operations to drive growth and operational excellence for its public sector business. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to public sector clients, bridging the gap between complex digital asset infrastructure and mission-critical needs of law enforcement, national security, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience, including at least 3 years in crypto or digital assets, and familiarity with institutional-grade custody solutions
- Program Management experience working with a U.S. federal agency that has launched a digital asset program
- A track record of working across government, law enforcement, and or regulatory institutions to drive implementation of digital assets strategy, policy, and or operations
- Experience in leading, drafting, and delivering responses to government RFP/RFI submissions
- High-performance orientation with the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver consistently
