Job Description

• Create And Design Back-end Systems And Services With The Highest Standards Of Dependability, Scalability, Performance, And Maintainability
• Collaborate With Engineering Peers And Product Managers To Bring The Vision To Life With Strong Engineering Solutions
• To Preserve High Development Standards, Coach And Technically Assist Less Experienced Team Members
• Show A Keen Interest In Distributed Systems And A Desire To Spearhead The Creation Of Cloud Services From Inception To Implementation And Ongoing Improvement
• Work Closely With Stakeholders To Identify The Functional And Non-functional Needs For Software Development
• Ensure Clean, Maintainable Code, Quick Feature Release, And System Integration And Feasibility While Crafting High-level Product Specs

Requirement

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4 years’ experience in back-end development with a robust skill set in Golang
• Excellent command of software architecture concepts and a track record of successful system design and development, especially in the back-end field of consumer internet services
• Ability to oversee engineering teams and offer a technical roadmap in an environment that prioritizes agile development
• Excellent communication skills, especially the capacity to make wise judgments in stressful situations and negotiate uncertainty
