Speechify
Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer for its SIMBA product. The engineer will build and own the technical systems that power the outbound motion, from lead enrichment and sequencing to CRM architecture and AI-powered personalization at scale. This is an infrastructure and systems role with high ownership and direct input on GTM strategy.
Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
- Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
- Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- Ability to think in funnels and measure everything, including pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
