What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and stock inbound merchandise shipments with accuracy and speed Pick, pack, and prepare guest orders for shipment as part of our fulfillment operation Execute closing routines, including securing merchandise, auditing inventory, and readying the store for the next business day Prepare and serve food and beverage items, including Starbucks offerings, while maintaining all food safety standards Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and communicate stock needs to leadership Deliver responsive guest service and troubleshoot questions across all department areas Collaborate with your team to solve operational challenges and continuously improve store processes Qualifications Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and closing shifts Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for supporting guests and teammates Physical capability to stand throughout your shift, lift regularly (up to 25 lbs), and move around the store Consistent attendance and a track record of punctuality and dependability For food service duties: willingness to obtain required food handling credentials and strict adherence to food safety protocols Quick learner who adapts readily to shifting demands and takes ownership of solutions Working at Target Target exists to help all families experience the joy that everyday life can bring.
