The Global Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll and supporting key accounting and accounts payable functions across CodeRabbit.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of progressive payroll and/or AP experience
- Hands-on experience running multi-state US payroll
- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reconciliations)
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
