ERM is seeking an experienced Global Learning Facilitator to design and deliver virtual learning experiences that engage colleagues across regions, cultures, and career stages.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional facilitation experience
- 2+ years of delivering fully virtual learning
- Proven ability to facilitate audiences at varying levels of seniority
- Strong experience designing, developing, and adapting leadership and career development content
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams and virtual facilitation tools
- Strong facilitation presence, communication, listening, and observation skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Solid business acumen
- Strong time-management skills and experience working across regions and time zones
