The Opportunity You'll be responsible for stewarding two strategically important global accounts that represent significant business value to Rockwell Automation. The total target compensation for this role ranges from $184,720 to $277,080 annually, with base salary and variable compensation determined based on qualifications, knowledge, and experience. What You'll Do Build and strengthen relationships with senior leadership and executive stakeholders within your assigned global accounts. Translate Rockwell Automation's solutions into clear business value that aligns with customer objectives and performance goals. Develop comprehensive account strategies that maximize penetration of our full product and service range across all global regions served by each account. Partner with internal teams across product groups, business units, and geographic regions to ensure seamless access to Rockwell resources and expertise. Participate actively in customer manufacturing and planning initiatives, offering strategic recommendations that strengthen our competitive position. Identify and pursue new growth opportunities in products and services that create mutual benefit. Collaborate with ecosystem partners, system integrators, and OEMs to expand market share and develop integrated solutions. Maintain strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and applicable government regulations governing safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Who We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years managing corporate accounts or major customer relationships. 5+ years in technical sales, industrial distribution, systems integration, or engineering roles. Demonstrated experience selling industrial automation, manufacturing optimization, or related solutions. Proven track record in global sales at senior management and executive levels.…
