German Speaking Customer Service Representatives specializing in Social Media support for Mercier Consultancy, working remotely in Germany with the opportunity to relocate to Greece.
Requirements
- Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum of B2 in English is required.
- Experience in customer service or community management, preferably within social media.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries tactfully and professionally.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Capability to multitask and manage concurrent conversations efficiently.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including possible evenings and weekends.
