Role Overview
Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking Dyson customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and after-sales support.
What You Will Do
Deliver high-quality customer support, accurately document customer interactions, collaborate with internal teams, and stay informed on Dyson products and policies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Fluency in German is mandatory, experience in customer service is preferred, and proficiency in English is an advantage.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written)
- Experience in customer service, preferably within consumer electronics or household appliances
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools
