Role Overview
Provide customer support to German-speaking customers of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat, ensuring seamless and enjoyable travel experiences.
What You Will Do
Assist with booking inquiries, changes, cancellations, and general support related to travel accommodations, resolve customer issues efficiently, and document interactions.
