About the Role Within the Global Service & Support segment of our Life Sciences Group, you'll expand the reach of our service contract offerings and fuel revenue growth for the division. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll own a defined sales plan for service contracts and support plans, while actively surfacing fresh opportunities across your assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities Source, advance, and close service sales opportunities in your territory, covering both contract renewals and net-new business. Reach out proactively by phone, email, and video to connect with decision-makers and influencers across customer accounts. Map customer needs, workflows, and the competitive landscape to position value-driven service solutions with impact. Collaborate with Product Sales, Service Management, and other internal teams to align account strategies and grow service revenue. Keep your pipeline, customer records, territory plans, and forecasts accurate using the available sales tools and data. Contribute to sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, training, and special projects that support ongoing business growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related scientific field is strongly preferred. Track record in a quota-carrying role, ideally inside sales, service sales, telesales, or business development; exposure to Life Sciences, laboratory settings, or service contracts is a plus. Demonstrated success working independently in a remote sales setting, balancing priorities, deadlines, and customer activity. Data-driven mindset for spotting opportunities, prioritizing accounts, and forecasting accurately. Strong consultative selling skills and a results-focused drive to hit targets. Excellent written and spoken German plus very good English; an additional European language such as Polish is an advantage. Comfortable using digital tools, analytics, and AI-based solutions; proficient in Microsoft Office, with SAP and Power BI knowledge a bonus.
