JOB DESCRIPTION: Virtual Assistant – Administrative/Personal Assistant

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our team. This role combines administrative work with light bookkeeping task that requires familiarity and proficiency with Xero and excellent communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Experienced in using Xero
  • Bookkeeping management
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Answers emails in a timely manner
  • File management
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Create and maintain filing systems
  • Respond to service enquiries and requests

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
