The General Manager oversees the Flight Ops, Inflight, and Maintenance teams to maintain On-Time Performance, foster teamwork, and drive continuous improvement. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Ensure adherence to Allegiant Air and regulatory policies in daily operations. Lead a management team responsible for Flight Ops, Inflight, and Maintenance. Promote On-Time Performance through strategic planning and execution. Encourage teamwork and continuous improvement within the station. Assess emergency situations promptly, exercising good judgment and maintaining composure. Reside within 60 minutes of the assigned airport location due to operational requirements. Work in a sometimes stressful environment with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. What We're Looking For A minimum of three years of airline operations experience, preferably two years in management roles. Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead managers effectively. Highly organized with strong multitasking skills. A team-oriented approach and a positive attitude. Commitment to excellent customer service, including the ability to serve customers. At least 24 years of age and possession of a valid driver's license. Ability to attend required training sessions. High proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Working at Allegiantair Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986 and pass a criminal background check.
