General Laborer – Stage AE

About the Role

AEG Worldwide operates over 300 venues globally and hosts more than 160 million guests annually, presenting 22,000+ events and promoting 10,000+ shows across sports, music, and live entertainment. As a General Laborer in our Stage AE operations, you'll be part of the team that makes these exceptional experiences possible for guests in Pittsburgh and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Support event setup and breakdown, including stage preparation and venue maintenance
• Assist with moving, positioning, and organizing equipment and materials safely
• Follow venue protocols and safety guidelines at all times
• Work collaboratively with experienced crew members during live events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas
• Respond to crew lead direction and adapt to changing event needs

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, team-oriented mindset and willingness to work hard
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and position equipment as needed
• Physical stamina for standing and active work during events
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Previous venue or event experience a plus, but not required
• Flexibility for part-time scheduling around event schedules
