About the Role

As a General Dentist with BRILLIANT SMILES DENTAL GROUP in West Chester, you will provide comprehensive dental care to a loyal patient base in a fee-for-service and PPO-based office. This is a part-time position within a full-time-capable practice, with clinical hours scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our office does not participate in HMO or Medicaid plans, allowing you to focus on quality treatment and lasting patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for general and restorative dental needs
• Perform routine and complex procedures using A-dec equipment and a digital X-ray system
• Document patient care and treatment accurately within Dentrix practice-management software
• Partner with auxiliary staff to deliver a smooth, comfortable patient experience
• Build trust with patients through clear communication and a personable chairside manner

Qualifications

• Active license to practice dentistry in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Clinical competency across general dentistry procedures
• Familiarity with digital radiography and Dentrix software is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine, approachable bedside manner
