About the Role

As a Gardener with DynaServ in Pembroke Pines, you will help create and maintain healthy, beautiful outdoor spaces across residential and commercial properties throughout Broward County. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working outdoors as part of a supportive crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant, cultivate, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and turf to keep landscapes thriving year-round
• Carry out routine maintenance such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and mulching
• Water, fertilize, and monitor plant health, addressing pests and disease as needed
• Operate and maintain hand tools and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and presentable for clients
• Collaborate with teammates to complete projects on schedule and to a high standard

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in gardening, horticulture, and outdoor work
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in varied weather conditions
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
• Prior landscaping or grounds-keeping experience is a plus, though candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply
