The Opportunity This full-time position provides direct clinical service to children and families who benefit from strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming behavioral intervention. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM with guaranteed hours, implementing evidence-based strategies within a transdisciplinary team that includes behavior analysts, therapists across multiple specialties, and developmental professionals. The role centers on building meaningful progress through positive behavioral support while fostering skills that children can generalize across home, school, and community environments.
