Bluelight is a leading software consultancy looking for a hands-on digital marketer to build its marketing team from scratch, covering multiple channels, executing with speed, and growing with the company.

Requirements

  • Own and execute the organic social media calendar across all active platforms
  • Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
  • Support on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, content briefs, keyword tracking
  • Brief and coordinate content production with the freelance writer
  • Support in building and maintaining HubSpot as the team’s CRM: basic marketing automations, lead nurture sequences, social media publishing, and tracking
  • Support landing page creation and A/B test coordination with UX/UI designer
  • Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms
  • Coordinate asset requests with the UX/UI designer for social, email, and ad creatives
