Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or car rental industry is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and rental management software.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
