Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential
- Proficiency in English is highly desirable
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the technology sector
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools
