Mercier Consultancy MD is inviting applications for the role of French Speaking Content Moderator in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content in French, ensuring adherence to community guidelines, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance content moderation processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Proficiency in English is advantageous
- Prior experience in content moderation or a related role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying guidelines
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate moderation decisions
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and tact
- Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team
