Role Overview
We are seekingexperienced and motivated Freight Agentsto join our team on acommission-only, remote contract basis. This role allows forcomplete flexibilitywhile providing access to industry-leading tools and a vast network of carriers.
Freight Agentsbuild and maintain their own book of business, coordinating and managing the logistics and transportation of goods. This includes:
- Prospecting and cold calling leadsto establish valuable client relationships
- Booking shipmentsand negotiating competitive rates with carriers
- Ensuring timely deliveryof cargo and maintaining communication with shippers and carriers
- Handling necessary documentationand resolving transit issues proactively

Qualifications
- Experience insupply chain management, logistics, or transportation
- Knowledge offreight brokerage and transportation logistics
- Strongnegotiation and communicationskills
- Ability tomulti-task and work under pressure
- Background incustomer service and relationship management
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Previousfreight brokerage or transportationexperience is a plus
