1. Fractional Certified Partner (Commission Based)
Ideal for independent/fractional consultants seeking:

- A leadership curriculum to add to your existing consulting practice
- A brandable product white-labeled to sell under your name/logo, etc.
- A scalable, recurring revenue without delivering the training yourself
- A strong commission structure that rewards you for having the network and ability to close deals
2. Fractional Affiliate Partner (Referral Based)
Ideal for retired or semi-retired leaders who:
- Have a trusted network
- Prefer to make introductions, not deliver training
- Want someone else to handle the sales, training, and delivery
- Want meaningful part-time engagement with high upside
- Want to earn a strong referral fee on closed deals
