Role Overview
The FP&A Manager will drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-support initiatives within the organization, working closely with various departments to provide insights that support strategic business decisions and optimize financial performance.
What You Will Do
Develop and analyze financial models, prepare financial reports, and monitor key performance indicators to assess business performance and identify areas of improvement.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization
