About the Role
The FP Movement Designer - To/From is a full-time, on-site position based in National Park, Gloucester County. Reporting into the Senior Designer and broader design leadership, you'll contribute creative ideas and hands-on support across the design and development of private label apparel for the To/From category. This is a pivotal role for carrying product through every stage — from initial concept to final execution — while collaborating with partners across the organization to deliver considered, fashion-forward pieces.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate ideas and support the full design and development process for private label apparel within the To/From category.
- Partner closely with the Senior Designer and design leadership to translate concepts into market-ready product.
- Guide garments from early concept through to execution, keeping quality and aesthetic intent consistent throughout.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are thoughtful, cohesive, and on-brand for FP Movement.
Qualifications
- A background in apparel design, ideally with exposure to private label or activewear development.
- Strong creative instincts paired with the practical skills to move a concept through development and into production.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively alongside designers and cross-functional partners.
- Attention to detail and a genuine passion for thoughtful, fashion-driven product.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in National Park, Gloucester County.
