About the Role Having validated our product and operating model internationally, Humaans is now opening in the US from San Francisco — and Athena AI Agents arrive here first. As our Founding GTM Lead, you'll own Athena's revenue momentum across America: landing our most significant US logos, deciding how Athena is positioned and sold to the enterprise, and defining what excellence looks like as we grow. There's no inherited playbook here. You'll author it, run deals from first touch to close, partner directly with founders and product, and help shape the future US sales org — its messaging, motion, hiring, and culture. The choices you make will keep paying off for years. Key Responsibilities Own Athena's end-to-end revenue across the United States Close early-stage and design-partner deals with HR, Finance, Ops, and Transformation leaders Shape ICP, segmentation, and US-market positioning Build the first Athena GTM assets — decks, demos, points of view, and outbound angles Carry the customer's voice back to Product and Engineering Set the cultural bar for US sales and help design the future AE motion and hiring profile Qualifications 8–10 years in B2B SaaS / enterprise sales, ideally including early-stage or category-creating products Demonstrated success closing $100k+ ARR deals with senior executives Able to sell vision and ambiguity before the market fully grasps the category Sharp commercial instincts matched with genuine intellectual curiosity A true hunter who creates clarity amid uncertainty and stays steady through rejection Founder energy — you think in systems, leverage AI and data as multipliers, and expect to lead something larger over time About Humaans Humaans builds modern infrastructure for fast-scaling, globally operating companies.
